Worst experience ever, me and my friends came on the day of their collab, just for none of us to get anything because none of us could have the collaboration menu item, and the acrylic stand being one per table for $80 is insane, especially if you’re coming alone. We spent about $75 for three people after taxes and everything. The staff weren’t the most welcoming or nice and even gave us weird looks when we came in with cosplay, made us wait even though they told us to press the button to call them over, we pressed it 4 times with 10-20 minute intervals inbetween, the restaurant wasn’t busy at this time and had many staff around, didn’t get utensils after getting the first bowl for about 10 minutes ramen soaked up the broth, food was mediocre at best the “spicy” level wasn’t spicy at all about a 1-2 for me even though the server said it was about a 5-6. Broth barely had any good flavor just a sad salty broth taste rather than miso as was stated. Horribly disappointing and overpriced there are way better ramen spots out there than this slop fest.

Let this be your sign to not go to a restaurant that uses AI for their menu and flyers instead of actual pictures. We had a reservation for 745 and got seated at 8. I understand it’s a Saturday but if you can’t honor reservations for weekends, then disable them. It was obvious that the restaurant was short staffed, and the staff available, were clearly overwhelmed. We ordered quite a bit of food since we were hungry and expecting this to be a good place. We were not served our waters, but were served the teas we ordered. They forgot a fork which was asked for. When the first appetizer was brought out, they gave 3 plates for the 4 people seated. They brought out an extra plate with the next appetizer. The main meals were all brought out around the same time. We had to ask for the waters again near the end of our meal. No one checked in on us during our meal but our server was attentive whenever we pressed the call button. The spicy birria ramen was not spicy at all, and had 2 small chunks of fatty meat with some actual edible shreds. I’m hispanic and have never seen such a burnt black birria. I had to ask if this was a normal portion for the ramen but our server brought me a bit

Excellent Japanese restaurant! The ramen is rich, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The pork bao was delicious, and the sake flight was a great way to try different varieties. Don’t skip dessert—the matcha treats and tiramisu were the perfect ending. Great service, cozy atmosphere, and beautifully presented food. Highly recommend! 🍜🍶🍵

Wonderful place! I don't know what more I could say. I highly recommend coming by some time. This place seems great for chilling, doing schoolwork, or meeting for drinks with the homies. My only slight critique is that the pork in my ramen was a little dry, but it's minor enough that the rest of my meal was undisturbed. Music is best described as comfy pop/hip-hop.

A Decade of Waiting, and It Was Worth Every Bite I’ve wanted to try omurice for over ten years, and Kyu Ramen UCF finally gave me the chance. It absolutely lived up to the hype. The omurice was fantastic. The egg was soft and fluffy, the demi glace sauce was rich and savory, and the entire dish was pure comfort food. I also ordered a green tea milk tea, which was smooth, creamy, and paired perfectly with the meal. The desserts were equally impressive. The matcha pudding had a wonderful texture and flavor, and the cherry blossom dessert was unique, refreshing, and a perfect way to end the meal. A special shoutout to Kayla, who was incredibly sweet, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. She took the time to help my wife choose a dish, and my wife ended up absolutely loving it. Great service can make a good meal memorable, and Kayla definitely helped make our experience a great one. The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and had a cozy atmosphere that made us want to stay and enjoy our time there. After waiting over a decade to try omurice, I’m happy to say the experience exceeded my expectations. We’ll definitely be back to explore more of the menu.
